Exchanges and Returns

US RETURNS POLICIES

  • We happily accept most unworn merchandise within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund or credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  • If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the total of your order, and your return(s) drop the total of your order below the free shipping threshold, we will deduct $4.95 from your return to cover the shipping cost for your original order. 
  • A $3 handling fee will be deducted from the refund total on orders under $39 and $6 for orders over $39.
  • We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale and promotional items.
  • Due to hygiene regulations, items such as earrings, nose rings, headpieces are also excluded from the refund/exchange. Please choose carefully.
  • To return an item, please contact our customer service with your order number. We will email you with an RMA and return instructions.
  • Returns without an authorized RMA number will be rejected. Items must be unworn and in its original packaging. 
  • Please note a fee will incur if the package is returned too late after an RMA number is issued. (20%-50% depending on how late).
  • Buyers are responsible for costs associated with shipping packages back to us.
  • We reserve the right to make deductions on the refund amount or refuse the refund or exchange if the item is not in new or unused condition.
  • If you are returning three or more items, there will be a 25% flat rate restocking fee.

SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • We inspect our jewelry very carefully before shipping, so this is a rare instance. However, if you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with the order number, description of the damage, and you must submit a photograph of the defect. 
  • Most of the time, the damage is minimal and is very easy and simple to correct. You can check the back of the necklace to see if a jump ring has been opened which might be caused during shipping. It's very simple to fix with a pair of pliers or scissors by connecting the jump ring with the necklace connector and squeeze it tight to close.
  • If it has been more than 48 hours, it will be considered a general return and you will be responsible for all costs associated with shipping the item back to us. 
  • We will email you a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged item(s). Once the damaged merchandise is returned, you can opt to get a new, undamaged item sent to you at our expense, or get a refund. Your refund will be issued via your method of payment or store credit. 
  • Damaged item(s) must be unworn, repacked in the original packaging it came in. For instance, if stones have fallen out, please make sure to include them in your return. If we do not receive all the parts that came, we have the right to refuse the return.
  • If the email is received post the 48 hour period, it will be considered a general return and the rules, therefore, apply in that case.

REFUNDS

Please allow up to 8 business days for your return to be processed. Your refund should be credited back to your original method of payment within three weeks (usually sooner).

EXCHANGES

At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item. In the case of an out-of-stock item, you will receive store credit or money back.
