+HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Remember you can check the status of your order at any time in My orders in the My account section. Most orders ship within 2-4 business days, and delivery takes 3-6 days. If you did not receive any confirmation emails from us, please check your spam folder. 

+CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?

Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone at this time. However, you may order directly from our online website or on your smartphone.

+CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed, if you need to change or modify it please email us as soon as you can. If your order has already been processed and packed, we will not be able to meet your request.

+WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM ?

We ship from Virginia and New Jersey.

+DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS THAT ARE SOLD OUT?

Only on certain items. As a jewelry boutique, our inventory is very limited. Items that we do restock will have a waitlist option. We will email you when the item you waitlisted is restocked. It also depends on how many people are on the waitlist that we decide whether or not to restock an item.

+I ENTERED THE WRONG BILLING/ SHIPPING ADRESS. WHAT DO I DO ?

Please contact us via our contact form as soon as possible. We can either modify it in our system, or cancel your order so you can place another one.

+I WANT TO SHIP MY ORDER AS A GIFT TO SOMEONE. WHAT DO I DO ?

Please leave a note in the comment box at check out mentioning that you want this sent as a gift. We will not include an invoice in the package. We can also add a complimentary card and a short note in the package if you leave it at the comment section.

+DO I NEED TO REGISTER BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER?

You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping, or check out as a Guest. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases.

+WHY SHOULD I BECOME A REGISTERED USER?

There are many advantages in registering before making a purchase. You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you select "Ship to a different address".  

We helped you save items that you've already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items to your shopping bag does not guarantee item availability.

You will be able to check your order status with ease by logging into your account. The return process is also made easier and streamlined for our registered users.
